PERSONAL MEANS PERSONAL
Your privacy.
Your chores are part of your life. Here’s where that information lives, how it moves, and what happens when you delete it.

Your chores belong to you
We do not sell your personal data.
Pipward saves your chores on your devices and uses your private iCloud account to sync when available. The app does not show ads or use third-party analytics.
Pipward is operated by Pipward LLC. Contact support@pipward.online for support or privacy questions.
On your devices
Pipward stores chore names, notes, checklists, categories, dates, repeats, timer and completion history, calendar links, and preferences. This information runs your lists, reminders and badges. An identifier generated by the app helps keep edits from different devices in sync.
Imported alert sounds stay in the app's local storage. The Apple Watch complication uses a local copy of your next chore. Chore names can appear in notifications and on your watch face; use your device's notification-preview and watch-face settings to control what is visible.
iCloud and your Apple Watch
Chore records and changes sync through Apple's iCloud service in your private account. Pipward also exchanges chore records with your paired Apple Watch through Apple's paired-device connection. Pipward does not send these records to a separate developer-run server.
An iCloud account identifier keeps one account's chores from being merged into another account. Without a connection, changes remain saved locally and sync when the relevant service is available. Device backups may also contain app data, depending on your Apple settings.
Calendars and voice input
Calendar access is optional. With permission, Pipward reads calendars and events on your device so you can select an event. Saving an imported chore copies its title, notes, date and event link into your chore records, which can then sync with your other devices. Calendar changes are saved when you choose to save them in the calendar editor.
You can revoke calendar access in Apple Settings. Chores already imported remain until you delete them. Your calendar provider handles the calendar account under its own privacy terms.
Siri and dictation use Apple's system features. Pipward receives the resulting chore text; it does not record or keep microphone audio. Apple's handling of voice input depends on the feature and your Apple settings.
Deletion and retention
Archive keeps a chore and its history. Delete chore removes that occurrence from your lists and completion history after your devices sync. It also removes that occurrence's badge credit. Other repeats and linked calendar events stay.
Pipward retains a deletion marker without the chore's name, notes or checklist so an older device update cannot bring it back. Earlier copies of the chore may remain in iCloud change records and Apple backups. Delete chore does not erase all historical cloud copies, and uninstalling the app does not erase your iCloud data.
Pipward has no erase-all-iCloud-history control. Contact support@pipward.online for questions about stored data before removing cloud data in Apple Settings; removing it outside Pipward can pause sync.
Diagnostics, feedback and support
Apple may provide app usage, crash and performance reports according to your device's analytics-sharing settings. We use the reports Apple makes available to understand use, investigate problems and improve reliability. We do not combine Apple's reports with your support email or use them to track you across other companies' apps or websites.
If you install a beta through TestFlight, TestFlight supplies Apple and the developer with beta usage and diagnostic information. Feedback you submit can include your contact details, comments, screenshots and device information. We use it to investigate problems and improve Pipward. Share only information needed to explain the issue.
The app does not automatically send its own sync logs to the developer. Development builds can keep a limited local technical log. If you choose to send a log or other information for support, the developer receives what you share.
When you email support, Pipward LLC receives your email address, the sender name you provide, your message and any attachments you choose to send. The app opens your mail app; it does not send the message automatically. Support email is handled using Titan through WordPress.com. We use it to answer your request, not for advertising. We keep open requests while helping you and review resolved requests monthly. We normally remove closed support conversations and related downloaded attachments from our active records 90–120 days after resolution, unless a specific dispute, security investigation or legal requirement means we need to retain them longer.
Messages moved to Trash may remain there for up to 30 additional days. Provider backups and Apple's TestFlight records follow their providers' policies. You can ask about access or deletion at support@pipward.online.
