A HAND WHEN YOU NEED ONE

Help with Pipward.

A few simple steps to get your chores, reminders and devices working together.

LET’S FIGURE IT OUT

support@pipward.online

Support is provided by Pipward LLC, the company behind Pipward.

Tell us what you tried, what you expected, and what happened. Include your device model and Pipward version. Please leave out passwords and any personal details we don’t need.

My chores aren’t syncing.

  1. Check that your devices have a connection and use the same iCloud account.
  2. Open Pipward on each device and allow time for changes to arrive.
  3. Keep Pipward updated on your phone, iPad and Apple Watch.

If Pipward says a change wasn’t saved or sync is paused, keep the app installed and send us the message. Signing into a different iCloud account won’t transfer your existing chores.

My reminders are quiet.

In Pipward on iPhone or iPad, open Settings → Reminders. Turn on Chore reminders and choose an alert sound.

Use Notification settings to open Apple Settings, then check that notifications and sounds are allowed. Also check Silent Mode and Focus.

Send a test reminder lets you try delivery in a minute. To check Apple Watch delivery, wear the watch unlocked and lock its paired iPhone. Apple decides which device receives an alert.

Connect a calendar.

Open Settings → Calendar connections on iPhone or iPad. Use a calendar already on your device, or expand your provider’s guide to add its account in Apple Settings.

Allow full calendar access when you choose to use this feature. Import an event to make a chore. Later, use Update calendar event from that chore to review and save changes back to the calendar.

Calendar access is optional. Pipward doesn’t need it for ordinary chores.

Add a chore from your wrist.

On Apple Watch, tap Add a chore, then Dictate Chore. If Apple’s input screen opens in typing mode, use its input options to choose the microphone.

Review the recognized words, finish input, then tap Add chore. Available input methods depend on your watch and Apple settings.

For a watch issue, include the watch model and what happened. During the beta, you can also send TestFlight feedback from its paired iPhone.

Archive or delete?

Archive keeps a chore’s history and badge credit. Delete chore asks for confirmation and removes that occurrence from your lists and completion history after your devices sync. It can’t be undone in Pipward.

Other repeats and linked calendar events stay. Earlier copies can remain in iCloud history and Apple backups, so deleting a chore doesn’t erase every historical copy.

Testing the beta?

You can also open TestFlight → Pipward → Send Beta Feedback on iPhone or iPad. Screenshots help, but check them for personal information before sending.
